• Who we are: the store is operated by Flowertrail Private Limited (CIN: U20234HR2024PTC126908), registered at D-6/3B, DLF Alameda, Near SPR Road, Sector 73, Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana, India.
• Products: we sell car fragrances and related goods. We try to show colours and details accurately but cannot guarantee your screen's exactness.
• Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline (e.g. stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud). Prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes unless stated.
• Pricing errors: if a product is mispriced, we may cancel and refund the affected order.
• Acceptable use: don't misuse the site, infringe our content/trademarks, or attempt to disrupt it. All site content is owned by Flowertrail Private Limited.
• Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Fragrance products are for in-vehicle/ambient use only — keep away from children, eyes, and open flame; discontinue if irritation occurs.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
