Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund — email flowertrailperfumes@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it can't be cancelled, but you may use the Returns policy where eligible.
  • We may cancel and fully refund an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will notify you if so.
