Shipping Policy

• Where we ship: across India. We do not ship internationally yet.
• Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays/holidays).
• Delivery window: typically 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your pincode; remote pincodes may take a little longer.
• Charges: shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once dispatched.
• Delays: weather, regional restrictions, and courier load can occasionally delay delivery; we'll keep you updated.
• Wrong/undeliverable address: if a parcel returns due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, re-shipping may incur additional charges.
